Staircases - Bright Lightrooms |
Art Nouveau, Neoclassicism
Nature presents us the snail shells, Architects copied the idea: Spiral shaped corridors in staircases, which wind up in elegantly curved messing balustrades and which enable the observer the view on artful floor mosaics and graceful lightdomes.
I'm fascinated of the quiet beauty and cool elegance of the abstact, light flooded stonespirals from the epoches Art Nouveau and Neoclassicism. These from outside rather unimpressive functional buildings, often official buildings of the bavarian state capital, burgeon their luxuriance primal inside.
In natural light without flash the bright lightrooms appear in a new, timeless beauty and dimension.
